All About Eggs

This week has been all about eggs! We have read TONS of books about Easter and eggs and even watched a fun show about animals and eggs. We have eaten eggs in many forms and on and on! We are in the middle of an experiment - to dissolve an egg shell with vinegar. Trenton thinks it looks "amazing"! He wanted the vinegar colored - fine with me. Today we met up with a few friends and family and had a great time at the Bean Museum. Some places - especially those with animals (dinosaurs are considered animals) - never grow old on my kids. Tyler especially had a fabulous time today making all the sounds of animals and making sure he patted my leg while saying "mama" every time he wanted me to check something out with him - pretty much everything! It's fun when they start figuring stuff out. We even found about 5 nests with eggs, which is the whole reason I wanted to go in the first place. :) We are sure to be egged out by the time Easter is over, but it's so fun to throw that much of one thing at your kids and then have them come back and share with you. Trenton has been telling me the story of Easter and then wanting to do fun experiments with eggs this whole week. And Tyler loves saying the word "egg". It's a funny word!
