The last day of Trent's t-ball we had a LONG list of things we 'had' to get done. Stuff around the house. Nothing exciting. Our day went more like this: go to the morning game, run to the home improvement store (actually on our list), walk in the door and get a call from an Aunt about items they were selling, drive 40 minutes to go check them out, decide it's dinner time so we feed the family, driving back down the canyon we suddenly decide to pull over and check out the falls.
Beautiful. We decide to drive down to them and play. And play. We played for a long time and I had a blast! Then we decided to actually drive home and start the next leg of the day: baths, bed, mom-and-dad-actually-work-on-all-the-projects-they-neglected-all-day. We were up until 11pm out in the yard and garage, but it was such a fun and relaxing day and totally worth it!!
